2. Types of Modifiers
Modifiers fall into broad categories that affect different aspects of your character's performance:

Offensive Modifiers
Increased physical damage, spell damage, or POE currency elemental damage.

Increased attack/cast/movement speed.

Critical strike chance and critical strike multiplier.

Added elemental damage or chaos damage.

Increased damage against specific enemy types (e.g., “+% damage against bleeding enemies”).

Defensive Modifiers
Increased maximum life, energy shield, or mana.

Increased resistances (fire, cold, lightning, chaos).

Flat damage reduction or chance to block.

Damage taken as mana or energy shield.

Regeneration of life, mana, or energy shield.

Utility Modifiers
Increased flask effect or duration.

Increased movement speed.

Reduced mana cost or cheap POE 2 Currency increased mana regeneration.
